DO:

  • No one within Amway earns money for registering Independent Business Owners (IBOs).

  • IBOs earn money when product is sold to customers.

  • IBOs must generate a minimum amount of Verified Customer Sales (VCS) before they can begin sponsoring.

  • Amway requires the sale of products to a customer to qualify for bonuses

  • and discretionary incentives – see Rule 4.12 and Rule 4.13 of the Rules of Conduct. (U.S. | Canada | Dominican Republic)

  • Amway has no minimum purchase requirements for IBOs.

  • Selling products directly to customers is essential to the success of each IBO’s business and the overall Amway Business.

  • Amway has been making high-quality products and selling them through IBOs

  • since 1959.

  • Unlike businesses that rely on mass advertising and online selling, the IBO business model is based on personal interactions and relationships.

  • IBOs have a contract with Amway, which provides them with the right to purchase products through Amway at IBO cost for resale.

  • Amway and IBOs are committed to conducting business with integrity and honesty.
